At this time, I am offering telehealth (i.e., online) services for existing and new clients. I anticipate offering a mix of in-person services and telehealth in the coming months. Therapeutic services are tailored to help you navigate the chaos and uncertainty caused by the current public health crisis.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist serving the Chapel Hill, Durham, Raleigh, Cary and the Burlington Areas. I work with individuals, couples, families and small businesses. The approach to couples’ therapy is based on a combination of Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Satir Model. Specific goals of Medical Family Therapy include helping clients, families, and providers cope with a chronic illness or disability, feel less conflicted about a medical regime, accept a medical problem/diagnosis, make lifestyle changes, and access all components of the healthcare/healing system to collaborate on care.
